Our members and partners

At Sigedis, we believe in the importance of collaboration. Our members and partners play an essential role in delivering reliable, efficient and forward-looking solutions and services. Find out who we work with and how below.

Members

CBSS

Thanks to the cooperation with the Crossroads Bank for Social Security (CBSS), the central social security database, Sigedis can share and exchange data with other government departments and organisations in total security.

NISSE

We work together on supplementary pensions for the self-employed. The NISSE, the National Institute for the Social Security of the Self-employed Entrepreneurs, provides statistical data, which we have made more comprehensible through PensionStat.be. Data are also exchanged to inform citizens on mycareer.be.

NEO

The National Employment Office (NEO) provides Sigedis with career-related figures, such as information on periods of unemployment and career breaks. We display these data for citizens on mycareer.be. The National Employment Office also uses our data for its own operations.

NSSO

We work closely with the National Social Security Office (NSSO) to manage the careers database. We exchange career data, make them accessible to citizens via our online platform mycareer.be and together provide other career-related services, such as pre-contractual information.

NAHO

The National Annual Holidays Office (NAHO) provides Sigedis with data relating to workers' public holidays, such as the number of public holidays and the amounts of single and double holiday pay, including any sectoral components. This information is entered into the Sigedis databases and displayed on mycareer.be.

Federal Pensions Service

Sigedis manages the online platforms mypension.be and pensionstat.be in collaboration with the Federal Pensions Service and the NISSE. Thanks to this collaboration, we can ensure efficient data exchange and easier access to pension data. These platforms enable citizens to make more informed choices and benefit from their rights more quickly when they retire.

FPS Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue

The FPS Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue works with Sigedis as part of the Federal Learning Account (FLA). This collaboration focuses on the content and impact of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) as part of this project. The FPS Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue does not provide career data to Sigedis in this context.

FPS Social Security

Drawing on its knowledge and expertise, the FPS Social Security supports Sigedis with its legal missions by coordinating activities, carrying out surveys, launching studies, analysing data and drafting regulations.
