Launch of Two New Online Data Sharing Services

Two new online services will make it even easier for you to access or view data from the Social Security network.

  • Consulting citizens’ data - for companies
  • Accessing my data - for working students and flexijob workers.

This large-scale project is part of e-Gov 3.0, a programme from the Social Security Network that aims to organise the digital services of the future to make government work more efficiently and better align its services with the needs of citizens and businesses.

A great achievement for Sigedis, whose teams coordinated the technical development of the various applications.

Consulting data about a prospective employee

If you are looking for a student job or flexijob, it will be very easy from now on to share your data (from the Social Security network) securely with a prospective employer, thanks to the new “Toegang tot mijn data” (Access my data) online service.

With this new application, you can give an employer access to your information so they can verify whether you meet the conditions for a flexijob or still have enough hours left for a student job.

With its new online service entitled “Burgergegevens raadplegen” (Consult Citizen Data), the Social Security department gives businesses fast, secure and reliable access to data about workers with flexijobs and working students.

This allows companies to check whether the candidate meets the conditions for a flexijob or has enough hours left for a student job

What are the benefits?

  • Simple and safe
  • Job interview without paperwork and stress: all you need is your smartphone and the itsme app
